  • Clown Reports On Social Media

    Pasco School District received reports through social media on October 4 that there may be “clown activity” in the district. We take all reports seriously and have been in contact with Pasco Police Department. The district has procedures in place when information such as this is received.

    Please notify police if you see any unsafe or unusual activity. School districts across the state are dealing with similar reports. Please remind your children to follow their safe walking routes and report concerns to a trusted adult.

  • “actividad de payasos”

    El Distrito Escolar de Pasco ha recibido unos informes a través de los medios de comunicación de que puede haber “actividad de payasos que aterrorizan” en el distrito. Tomamos todos los informes en serio y hemos estado en contacto con el Departamento de Policía de Pasco. El distrito mantiene procedimientos establecidos cuando recibe información tal como esta.

    Por favor notifique a la policía si ven cualquier actividad peligrosa o inusual. Los distritos escolares a través del estado están tratando con informes similares. Por favor recuérdeles a sus hijos a seguir las rutas seguras al caminar a la escuela y que reporten cualquier preocupación a un adulto de confianza.

  • Chiawana Teacher named MESA Teacher of the Year

    Chiawana High School’s Shelly Stahl has been named Washington’s MESA Teacher of the Year.

    At the conclusion of the Labor Day holiday Pasco School District has 17,417 students enrolled. This is an overall increase of 197 students, or 1.14 percent, over last year’s day-five count. Last year the fifth day of school was Sept. 18 and the student count was 17,220.
