Registration for Pasco Schools
Students who are new to the Pasco School District, including transfer students and students who are returning to Pasco from another district, must complete the following forms:

New Student Registration Packet (one per student; view in English or Spanish)

Family Registration Form
(one per family; view in English or Spanish)

Please print out and complete these forms. Return the completed forms to the student's prospective school. If you are not sure what school your student will attend, please refer to our school boundary maps.

Important: A copy of the birth certificate and immunization record must be presented with the registration packet when it is returned.
Community Forms
Application for use of Pasco School District Facilities. Completed forms must be submitted to Eli Garza at 509-543-6786 ext. 5720. For stadium questions, please contact Todd Lewison at 509-713-4954.

Distribution Request Form. Outside organizations (strictly limited to non-profit and government agencies) that would like to distribute written information to Pasco School District students must complete this form and return it to the Public Affairs office.

Small Works Application. Are you a contractor interested in being on Pasco School District's Small Works Roster? Applications will remain on file until March 31, 2011. In March 2011 the district will advertise to update the Small Works Roster list, in compliance with RCW 28A.335.190.

Standard Tort Claim Form. Pursuant to Chapter 4.92 RCW, this form is for filing a tort claim against the Pasco School District. Some of the information requested on this form is required by RCW 4.92.100 and may be subject to public disclosure. Pursuant to the law, Standard Tort Claim forms cannot be submitted electronically (via e-mail or fax).
