Dual Language Program
Dual language refers to any program that provides literacy and content instruction to all students through two languages and promotes bilingualism and biliteracy, grade level academic achievement, and sociocultural competence.
Two-Way Dual Language is a balance of students with Spanish as their language background and students with English as their language background.
One-Way Dual Language is that all students share the same language background (e.g., Spanish).
