Immunizations
To ensure the wellness and safety of students, as well as school staff and the community, the Pasco School District nurses are dedicated to keeping student immunizations current and meet state requirements. Prior to school entry, a parent/guardian must provide proof of immunization status using either a Certificate of Immunization Status (CIS) and/or Certificate of Exemption (COE) form.
