• Immunizations

To ensure the wellness and safety of students as well as school staff and the community, the Pasco School District nurses are dedicated to keeping student immunizations current and meet state requirements.  Prior to school entry, a parent/guardian must provide proof of immunization status using either a Certificate of Immunization Status (CIS) and/or Certificate of Exemption (COE) form.  For more information regarding vaccinations, visit the Washington Department of Health website.
