The mission of the school district is to create an educational environment which allows the opportunity for every student to achieve his or her potential and to become a productive adult and contributing community member. The purpose of the Parent Advisory Committee is to support the mission of the district by facilitating the quality input of parents of the children enrolled in bilingual programs. The Parent Advisory Committee provides input to the superintendent in the development and improvement of programs that serve eligible bilingual program students. The needs and resources of the school district require that there be a maximum effort to instill in parents the importance of their involvement in the educational process of their children.

La misión del distrito escolar es crear un ambiente educativo que permita la oportunidad para cada estudiante de alcanzar su potencial y llegar a ser un adulto productivo y miembro contribuyente de la comunidad. El propósito del Comité Asesor de Padres es apoyar la misión del distrito facilitando las sugerencias de calidad de los padres de los estudiantes inscritos en los programas bilingües. El Comité Asesor de Padres provee sugerencias a la superintendente en el desarrollo y mejoría de los programas que sirven a los estudiantes elegibles para el programa bilingüe. Las necesidades y los recursos del distrito escolar requieren que haya un esfuerzo máximo de inculcarles a los padres la importancia de su participación en el proceso educativo de sus niños.
