During the At Home Learning and Blended learning phases of the 2020-21 school year, Pasco School District is committed to assisting families gain access to reliable internet connectivity. The district’s priority is to first connect families to existing commercially available internet solutions. This provides the most reliable and unrestricted access for families, while being the most sustainable for the district.
Below are the primary internet providers servicing the Pasco area. Several companies offer low-cost plans or discounts through the Federal Lifeline program. Please contact the companies about specific offers and evaluate if any of the below providers will work for your household.
Estimated need for connectivity speed is 2-5 Mbps for At-Home Learning depending on the amount of family members accessing learning at one time.

Affordable Connectivity Program (New in 2022)
The Affordable Connectivity Programs (ACP) offers eligible households high speed internet (100mbps) for $30 a month with no additional out of pocket expenses.
There are 3 ways families can qualify:
- Income of 200% or less than the Federal poverty guidelines
- Program participation (such as Free Reduced Lunch Program eligible, or SNAP, etc.), or
- Meets the eligibility criteria for a participating broadband provider’s existing low-income internet program
