    Before bringing your laptop in to swap out trying the following things:

    • Licensing issues
      • Go to the school nearest you, connect to PSD wi-fi (not guest), restart twice
    • My apps/chrome/zoom/sound issues
      • Plug in laptop, log in to laptop, leave laptop on overnight, restart in the morning
    • Other software issues
      • Call helpdesk at 543.6710
    • Physically broken 
      • Bring the laptop to PHS on Tuesday or Thursday between 12:00-1:00 to swap out
