The Procurement Department is responsible for the centralized purchase of materials, supplies, equipment and contractual services for all departments, offices, and schools of the District.
All purchases comply with Washington state law, District policies, and are covered by our General Terms and Conditions. All requirements issued with solicitations must be addressed.
The District maintains a small works roster for construction, repair, maintenance, and alteration projects under $300,000. Contractors must submit an application form to be included on the roster.
Prospective suppliers are encouraged to forward product and service literature electronically or by mail. Although registering does not guarantee the District will have a need for your product or service, registering makes it more likely your firm will be solicited for quotes, bids, or proposals if there are requirements that you may be able to satisfy.
