Small Works 

The District maintains a small works roster for construction, repair, maintenance, and alteration projects under $300,000. Contractors must submit an application (download form)  to be included on the roster.

All contracts will comply with Washington state law, District policies, and include the District General Terms and Conditions.  All requirements issued with solicitations must be addressed.
