• Welcome to Pasco Transportation

    Our Mission
Transporting our Future: Safely - Efficiently - Professionally

    Our Vision
The Pasco School District Transportation Department exists to safely and efficiently transport students to and from school, and school-related activities in support of an educational system designed to empower our students today and tomorrow.

In the coming weeks you may notice Pasco school buses beginning to fill up!

We will be following all guidelines the Washington Office of Superintendent of Public Instruction (OSPI) released “Reopening Washington Schools 2020: District Planning Guide” that includes the Health & Safety Requirements to help guide us in reducing the risk to students and staff from COVID.  Unless an exception is in place with the Pasco School District ALL students are required to wear a face mask!

     The guidelines also encourage:

    • Walking or biking where safe.
    • Have caregivers drive students to school, if possible.
    • Have students wash or sanitize hands when they leave their home or classroom immediately before boarding the bus.

      New Bus Route/Bus Number Protocol:

PSD's transportation department has made changes to our bus routing assignments. We have now added route placard displays to all of our buses and will begin using route numbers instead of bus numbers.

The placards are located on the left side of the service entry door on all buses. Bus drivers will now be able to easily change the route number on their buses and minimize the confusion when sending a substitute bus, and/or servicing a different route. Look for the route placards on the left side of the entry doors on all of our buses.
