• Pasco School District engages in facilities master planning to provide the best possible physical environment for teaching and learning. Master planning ensures facilities are designed to meet or exceed regulations related to health and safety, and to provide for the educational needs of students as they progress to graduation from high school prepared to follow their chosen career path. Policy 9110, Facilities Master Plan, allows for development of a 10-year master plan to be developed in conjunction with the local comprehensive land-use plan and other growth management policies. Our Capital Facilities Plan (CFP) was updated by the Board of Directors on November 8, 2022. The CFP has previously been adopted by the City of Pasco as part of the city's comprehensive plan.  Additionally, the Board of Directors adopted a Long-Term Facilities Management Plan (LTFMP) on March 26, 2019. The LTFMP was based on the recommendations of PSD's Community Builders group, formed in 2017.
