Pasco Elementary Schools Become WSU Teaching Laboratory Schools

We celebrated an exciting new partnership with WSU Tri-Cities College of Education! On November 4, Maya Angelou Elementary and Rosalind Franklin STEM Elementary were officially designated as WSU Tri-Cities College of Education Teaching Laboratory Schools. 

This unique collaboration provides WSU student teachers with the opportunity to immerse themselves in diverse classrooms, learning from a variety of teaching styles and approaches. The partnership focuses on fostering innovative, bilingual, and STEM-focused education, giving future educators valuable hands-on experience while enriching the learning environments at both Pasco schools.
