Students Celebrate Completion of 26th Team Pasco House

On May 28, we proudly celebrated the dedication of the 2026 Team Pasco House alongside students, staff, families, business partners, and community members!

This year marked the 26th student-built home completed in the program’s 29-year history. Students from Chiawana, Pasco, and Sageview High Schools worked together through the Pasco Vocational Building Program to construct the home from the ground up while gaining valuable real-world construction experience and career skills.

The dedication ceremony also honored the legacy of longtime Construction Trades instructor John Marshall who unexpectedly passed away last December. His impact on students and the program continues to be felt throughout the community. House #26 was dedicated in his memory.

The event included student testimonials, scholarship recognitions, Golden Hammer Awards, and an opportunity for community members to tour the completed home and celebrate the incredible craftsmanship and teamwork behind the project.

A huge thank you to the many local business partners, instructors, staff, and volunteers who continue to support this incredible program and help prepare students for future careers in the skilled trades. The house is located at 8802 Dusty Maiden Dr., Pasco, WA.
