Authorization for Foundation Agreement

To provide for the receipt and disbursement of gifts, grants, conveyances, devises and bequests of personal or real property for the use or benefit of the school district and its students, the Board of Directors authorizes the formation of a contractual agreement with the Pasco Education Foundation, a corporation registered in the State of Washington.  The district may provide operational support through such an agreement for the express purpose of benefiting district students, programs, and facilities.  Any such agreement shall be approved by the Board of Directors and shall provide for proper accounting and auditing of the property and services provided by the District and the Pasco Education Foundation.
