SCHOOL FACILITIES

Assessment of Existing FacilitiesExisting facilities listed in the facilities master plan shall be assessed in terms of their size, capacity, location in relation to changing population patterns, modifications currently underway, compliance with state health and safety regulations and local building codes and accessibility to persons with handicapping conditions.

A school district with unhoused students may not be eligible for state matching funds for construction purposes if a contiguous school district has vacant school plant facilities.
