Transcripts

For transcript requests, please contact the last school attended as follows:

Transcripts can also be requested in person by either the student or the parent. When requesting transcripts, you will be required to complete a transcript request form which will be provided to you by the high school registrar. Photo ID is required. Transcripts are available to be picked up at the high school or can be sent directly to the college of your choice.

Processing Time 

  • Chiawana High School and Pasco High School= 48 - hour turnaround time
  • New Horizons High School = 48 - hour turnaround.

During winter, spring and summer breaks the turnaround time may vary. Please contact your school directly regarding the turnaround time during the school breaks. All fines must be paid before you are able to obtain an official transcript.
