Pasco School District is proud to celebrate the completion of Team Pasco House 2025—the 25th student-built home constructed by PSD high school students over the past 28 years.

This year’s home is a 2,016-square-foot, custom-built residence featuring an open-concept layout with three bedrooms, a flex room, a covered patio, spacious laundry room, and an extra-deep two-car garage. Listed at $524,900, this high-quality home reflects not just modern design—but also the talent, dedication, and craftsmanship of PSD students.

Preparing the Next Generation of Skilled Trades Workers

With a growing national demand for skilled labor, Pasco School District’s Construction Trades program provides students with the tools and experience they need to succeed in high-demand careers. Students from Chiawana, Pasco, and New Horizons high schools work alongside professional mentors to gain hands-on knowledge in residential construction—from framing and roofing to plumbing and finish work.
