Action Team for Partnerships (ATP)
Welcome to the Heart of Our Community Involvement
At the Pasco School District, we firmly believe that collaboration between schools, families, and the broader community is key to a successful educational experience. That's where our Action Team for Partnerships (ATP) comes in!
What is the ATP?
Each of our schools has its very own Action Team for Partnerships, comprising dedicated parents, teachers, administrators, and community members. These teams work tirelessly to bridge the gap between the school and the community. They meet monthly, and their mission is clear:
-
Plan for Success: Develop a comprehensive one-year action plan for School and Family Partnerships.
-
Make It Happen: Ensure that the activities outlined in the plan come to fruition.
-
Evaluate and Improve: Continuously assess and enhance the effectiveness of the activities.
-
Spread the Word: Publicize events that involve families and collect ideas for new activities that strengthen our bonds.
Join the Team
If you're passionate about strengthening the ties between our schools, families, and the community, we invite you to join an Action Team for Partnerships. Your involvement can make a significant impact on our students' educational journey.
To get started, simply reach out to the ATP Chairperson at your school. You can find a list of schools and their leaders for your convenience. Alternatively, you can contact the one of our employees at 509-543-6771 to learn more and express your interest.
Let's Work Together
We are excited about the prospect of having you on board as part of our Action Team for Partnerships. Together, we can create a stronger, more connected educational community that benefits everyone involved.
We look forward to serving you and fostering a collaborative environment where every student can thrive.
Help us connect with you by completing our interest form! Completed forms will be routed to the appropriate school ATP Chairperson who will then contact you.
ATP Interest Form
Parents/guardians or other family members are an essential part of a school’s Action Team for Partnerships (ATP). ATP members participate in team meetings, help plan partnership activities, and provide feedback with the goal of improving family and community engagement for student success.
