2026 Staff Achievement Awards

Now Accepting 2026 Staff Achievement Award Nominations

PSD is now accepting nominations for the 2026 Staff Achievement Awards—an opportunity to recognize outstanding staff members who go above and beyond in their service to students, families, and our school community.

Nomination Deadline: Friday, May 29, 2026

Submit nominations via email to Anna Tensmeyer at atensmeyer@psd1.org or drop them off at the Public Affairs Office in the Booth Building.

Award Benefits

Recipients of the Staff Achievement Award will receive:

  • Up to five (5) days of professional leave

  • Up to $1,500 for approved professional development activities, such as conferences, workshops, training sessions, or certifications

Nomination Guidelines

  • Only one Nomination/Application Form is required per nominee

  • Each nominee must have at least two Recommendation Forms submitted

  • Both classified and certificated employees are eligible; however, administrators are not.

Selection Process

  • Five winners will be selected this year.
  • Winners will be selected by the 2025 Staff Achievement winners.
