Associated Student Body (ASB)

Associated Student Body (ASB) funds are public monies raised for and by the students, and are used for optional, extra-curricular events of a cultural, athletic, recreational, or social nature. Students approve the revenue and expenditure budgets for these funds and hold regular meetings to approve expenditures and fund raisers in connection with the budget. Adult ASB Advisors and other district staff assist the students in these tasks with close oversight, supervision, and mentoring. These funds are not available for curricular, or graded student activities.

These financial reports reflect the detailed ASB account balances by school for each fiscal year. Beginning balances are as of September 1st and ending balances are as of August 31st of each year.
