PSD is committed to conducting procurement using sound business practices, promoting competition whenever possible to minimize costs, and upholding the highest ethical standards in all of our business practices.The Procurement Department is responsible for the centralized purchase of materials, supplies, equipment and contractual services for all departments, offices, and schools of the District.
All contracts will comply with Washington state law, District policies, and include the District General Terms and Conditions. All requirements issued with solicitations must be addressed.
Prospective suppliers are encouraged to forward product and service literature electronically or by mail. Although registering does not guarantee the District will have a need for your product or service, registering makes it more likely your firm will be solicited for quotes, bids, or proposals if there are requirements that you may be able to satisfy.
