Surplus Property
Welcome to Pasco School District Surplus Property
At the Pasco School District, we believe in the responsible management of resources. That's why we make surplus property available for purchase to those who can put it to good use. Our surplus materials are listed on the Public Surplus auction site as they are retired from active service within the district. These items are no longer essential to our operations, but they may hold value for others.
Who Can Purchase Surplus Property?
We extend this opportunity to a wide range of organizations in Washington State, including:
- School Districts
- Private Schools
- Governmental Agencies
These entities have the chance to acquire surplus property at either depreciated cost or fair market value, depending on which is greater. If you wish to be notified when surplus items become available, you must register with both the Pasco School District and Public Surplus.
Accessible to the Public
Beyond our educational community, we also make surplus items available to the general public. To participate in our surplus property auctions, you must register with Public Surplus. It's your gateway to bidding on the various items offered by the Pasco School District.
Real Property and More
In addition to tangible assets, the Pasco School District also handles surplus real property. For items not listed online, we continue to advertise them in the Tri-City Herald classifieds. So, keep an eye out for opportunities that may be of interest to you.
