Parents/Legal Guardians, Students, and Community Members Reporting a Student

All incidents of harassment, sexual harassment, intimidation, bullying, and cyberbullying should be promptly reported to your child's school administrator. The name and contact information for each school's administrator is posted on each school website.

Incident reports may also be submitted through an online form.

Parents/Legal Guardians, Students, and Community Members Reporting an Employee

All reports of sexual harassment by a PSD employee should be reported to the school administrator or Employee Services at [insert contact information]. View the district's policy, procedure, and complaint form. 

Anonymous reporting is available through the district's safety alert system.
