Immigration
At Pasco School District, we are committed to providing a safe, inclusive, and high-quality education for all students, regardless of their background or immigration status. Every child has the right to attend public school and access educational programs and services without fear of discrimination.
State and federal laws protect students from discrimination based on race, color, national origin, and immigration status. Washington public schools do not collect or share student immigration information, and we do not engage with federal immigration authorities in a way that could compromise student safety or privacy.
