We're sorry! The 2021-2022 Highly Capable Referral Window closed on December 17, 2021.

If you would like to submit a referral for the 2022-2023 school year, please click here

The 2021-2022 highly capable referral window closed on December 17, 2021. Referrals submitted after December 17, 2021 will still be accepted but may not be considered for services until the 2022-2023 school year for services that would start in the 2023-2024 school year.

We cannot begin the highly capable referral process until a referral form is completed by the student's parent or legal guardian.

All first grade students will be tested and their data reviewed for potential highly capable services. You do not need to fill this form out if your child is in first grade during the 2022-2023 school year.

If you believe your fifth grade student needs advanced mathematics in middle school, please consider filling out a referral for your child.

If you have issues completing this form, please email HiCap@psd1.org or call 543-6700 ext. 2681 to request a physical copy.

If you have any questions, please contact us at HiCap@psd1.org.
