Highly Capable

Pasco School District's Highly Capable identification process for the 23-24 school year will be open in fall 2023.

Mission

The goal of Pasco School District's Highly Capable Program is to provide opportunities for students to achieve a greater depth of knowledge to reach their full potential as scholars. We strive to provide services that meet each student's needs and capabilities and help students cultivate habits of learning that will contribute to student success in school, college, career, and life.

Pasco School District is committed to culturally responsive and inclusive practices. The Highly Capable Program aligns with that vision by recognizing that each of our students are unique in how they learn and by embracing learner variability as an asset that adds value to our classroom communities.
